The hall has a seating capacity of 760 (590 seats and main hall and 170 in the balcony), including 5 spaces for wheelchairs. The hall is equipped with an audio system for the audience (PA only) as well as a network for the hearing impaired.

The hall is appropriate for concerts and musical performances, lectures, conferences and ceremonies.

The stage:
* approximately 230 sq.m.
* The height above the stage is approximately 12 m.
*Stage opening—15 m. wide; 8.50 m. high.
* The lifting facility system incorporates 5 electric fly bars above the stage, with an additional one above the audience for front lighting, and electrical infrastructure for lighting and amplification equipment.

Artists’ rooms:
The artists’ lounge (green room) and artists’ rooms are situated on the levels above the stage. All of the artists’ rooms have a sound system for listening to the performance.
6 private rooms including toilet and shower and a suitable area for makeup and preparation for the performance.
A large musicians’ lounge offering a suitable area for gathering and waiting artists. The lounge is equipped with a water bar (hot/cold) and refrigerator.
Conductor’s/VIP room—impressive and special, including shower and toilet.

Access to the stage and unloading equipment:
A freight elevator measuring 3x2 m that connects between the loading dock and the stage level.
