A tribute concert to Righteous among the Nations Irena Sendler - a Polish humanitarian, social worker, and nurse who served in the Polish Underground Resistance during World War II in German-occupied Warsaw.
At the concert, under the baton of Mark Wolloch and with singers Ayelet Cohen (soprano) and Karin Schifrin (mezzo soprano): Irena, A Ray of Light in the Darkness by Kobi Oshrat, Kol Nidrei, for Cello and Orchestra, by Bruch, "Psalm" from Symphony No. 1 by Ben-Haim and Yiddish songs.
