Nora seems to have it all! A rich and successful husband, a luxurious house, and cute kids. But characters from the past turn up, threatening to expose the hidden lies she has always tried to conceal and undermine the foundations of the marriage she desperately tries to nurture, one that is the center of her very existence. In our post-feminist and "MeToo" world, returning to "A Doll's House" is fascinating. It is a revolutionary and thought-provoking classic about a woman who, having gradually realized that she has been cooped up throughout her life, decides to free herself from her husband, her obligations, and society's norms.
